A huge weekend for sports here in upstate New York and the Finger Lakes. Web Dog recaps a fantastic week at the PGA Championship at Oak Hill and looks back on a great duel between Jason Dufner and Jim Furyk. Also, Kyle Busch wins the NASCAR event at Watkins Glen.
In a full show, we welcome esteemed guest Derak Covey, the track photographer at Utica-Rome Speedway and Fonda Speedway. Derak spent the whole night on the mic, and was part of the interviews with Frank Cozze, Matt Sheppard, and Kreig Heroth. Cozze, after winning Super DIRT Week moved to 410 sprints. He was third behind Daryn Pittman and Logan Schuchart at New Egypt Speedway. Sheppard won the Race of Champions Dirt Tour event Wednesday night at Utica-Rome Speedway. By way of two straight wins, Heroth sewed up his first career track championship in the Small Block Super Modified division at Oswego Speedway.
