A number of issues have taken root here in the Finger Lakes that have representatives in Albany weighing in. None have gotten as much air-time as the proposed $365 million incinerator, which is at the beginning stages of the Article 10 process for state approval. It’s far from the only issue that is important to residents and taxpayers here in the region – and Assemblyman Phil Palmesano didn’t shy away from any.
