What kind of benefit can solar have in the Finger Lakes?
That is one of the questions discussed in this week’s Sunday Conversation. In 2014, Governor Andrew Cuomo invested a billion dollars to see a state initiative reach those who otherwise wouldn’t have access. Those with NYSERDA and Nexamp say solar can work; and officials have attached some aggressive goals for the state.
