This week Brendan is joined by a very special guest: former Syracuse Chiefs announcer Jason Benetti, one of the best young television play-by-play broadcasters in the nation. In addition to being the television voice of the Chicago White Sox, he also broadcasts college football and college basketball for ESPN. Jason has an incredible backstory. He nearly died when he was born 10 weeks premature, and as a result developed cerebral palsy. Brendan talks with Jason about overcoming his disability, what he’s been doing during the pandemic, what life was like for him as a high school student in suburban Chicago, accents, history and a whole lot more.
