On Tuesday, the Seneca County Board of Supervisors held their regularly scheduled July meeting, even as some members of the board were not present. Also, prior to the meeting, Cpl. Tyler Simmons of Geneva received the prestigious Purple Heart Award and four students from Seneca County were honored for receiving Brightest Star Recognition.
