The last days of September are here and area wineries have mostly completed their harvests and are in the process of turning the grapes into wine. On today’s show, Cayuga Lake Wine Trail Director Katherine Chase is back in-studio to take us through the process. She’ll have freshly picked grapes, fresh pressed juice, and have even some juice that’s started to ferment so we can kind of taste the full cycle of “before it’s wine.”
