Mark Cossey, the banger racer who is spending some time wheeling American derby cars with Jeremy Gulley, joins us to talk about his time at Morris’ Otsego County Fair. We catch up with the Hillbilly Hammer, Chuck Bowman, who ruined a car at Morris and has some travel plans for next year, and we finish with a full Morris recap with Spinning Wheels’ own Josh Decker.
We open with Scottie Smith, who ran with Derek Dellatore and Mike Clinger in winning the V8 3-man derby at Road Rage, and follow up with the compact winning trio of Daniel LeBlanc, Andy Anderson and Reg Bonneau. We finish the night with Jamie Aumick, who won the 70s Frank the Tank Wire Class at Bash for Cash 2019.

Josh Decker takes a break from welding and cheese platters to talk about the 2018 SanFilippo Smash, the upcoming MPSIIIa research fundraiser directed by Spinning Wheels. The event is set for October 6 at the Otsego County Fairgrounds in Morris, NY. On the backhalf, we catch up with Mark Elliott, who worked as the announcer at the 2018 Hillbilly Heaven derby and gun show.
We return to the air with a look back at the Seneca County Fair, and all the pageantry that comes with our own hometown derby.
