The first game features the Canandaigua Braves taking on their rival Victor Blue Devils followed by a match-up of the top two teams in the FL1 Sports preseason Power Rankings as the host #2 Newark Reds square off against the #1 Waterloo Indians. South Seneca Lady Falcons vs Romulus Lady Warriors .::. FL1 Sports 1/19/17

The South Seneca and Romulus girls basketball programs have been the class of the Wayne-Finger Lakes in recent years. Both have captured New York State titles, Romulus in 2014 (Class D) and South Seneca in 2016 (Class C). Currently, the defending state champion Lady Falcons are ranked 1st in NYS in Class C by the New York State Sportswriters Association. The Lady Warriors are currently ranked 4th in Class D. Neighboring South Seneca and Romulus has always been an intense rivalry on the hardwood and that rivalry was renewed on Thursday night in Romulus.
