2019 Mynderse Academy Athletic Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony

Watch the Mynderse Athletic Hall of Fame 2019 Induction Ceremony at New York Chiropractic College in Seneca Falls held on Saturday night at 5:30 pm inside the Delevan Theater. The Class of 2019 includes lifetime contributor Robert McKeveny, Michael Anderson (1986), Michael Bullis (1970), Bill Caraher (1975), Bill Moody (1972, David Farney (1972) and the 2003 Blue Devil Tennis Team.

Chartered in the fall of 2009, it is the mission of the Board of Directors of the Mynderse Athletic Hall of Fame, to recognize the crowning athletic accomplishments of the Hall’s alumni, coaches, and teams from the past, as well as to develop pride in the rich athletic traditions that have been created over the decades at Mynderse Academy. The inductees exemplify Mynderse Academy’s commitment to athletic excellence, qualities of leadership, and sportsmanship. Through recognition, our inductees and their families will be reconnected with the Seneca Falls community providing current student athletes with a deeper understanding and appreciation for the history of Mynderse Academy athletics.

The 2018 Mynderse Academy Athletic Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony will be conducted on Sunday, October 7th at the New York Chiropractic College. On this week’s edition of Weber This Week, Mynderse Athletic HOF committee members Red Verkey and Tony Ferrara are in-studio to talk about the Class of 2018 which includes the 1994 state finalist basketball team, the SMS Lodge in Seneca Falls as a lifetime contributor, and six other individuals.

2015 Mynderse Academy Athletics Hall of Fame committee member Rod Verkey was in-studio as a guest on Weber This Week Harold Weber on Monday morning to talk about Sunday night’s ceremony at NYCC in Seneca Falls. Also, the baseball play-offs are set to begin, the Bills lose to the Giants, Jim Boeheim’s appeal will be heard by the NCAA, and local high school and college football is in full-swing.
