We catch up with Chris Quenzler, who won a the Hard Core Hobby Stock Championship at Roaring Knob Motorplex in Dunbar, PA before talking with Jon Shipley and Don Santel. The duo are first and second in the ME527 Unified Points; Shipley won the last-chance event for Hard Core Compacts while Santel won the last-chance event for the Hard Core Full Size division at Roaring Knob. Shipley now has eight wins on the year and Santel has seven. We finish with Crash Course Nationals winner Bobby Krouse.
An exceptionally busy northeast weekend saw the Keystone Nationals anchor a three-derby trifecta as Burlington ran along side Spinning Wheels’ Sunday stop at Bethel Speedway. We will focus on that, welcoming some local stars who ventured to New Alexandria, PA for the Keystone Nationals. We will preview Hard Core Derby’s Final Confrontation with Frankie Guy. We will catch up with Mark Elliott to look ahead to the next dates for the ME527 Unified Point Series. It’s a busy one!
