Many thanks to DIRTcar and Rolling Wheels Raceway management for all their help, promotion and cooperation in making the Tom Ames Dedication to Racing event Tuesday July 3 at Rolling Wheels. It was a memorable event that was most appropriate in honoring Tom, a dear friend to the racing community and a dyed-in-the-wool supporter of the full-fender racers.

The guest list includes (by phone) Bobby Allison, Mike McLaughlin, and Buzzie Reutimann, and in-person: Tom Fletcher, Stu Sheppard, John McArdle, John Podolak, Dave Rauscher, Bobby Parrow, Mike Stelter, Chuck Ciprich, Rollie Velte, Ron Narducci and many more.
