On Sunday, Democratic Candidate for Congressional District 23 Tracy Mitrano held a community forum – taking, and answering questions from the general public.
She discussed the future of the Southern Tier, the economy, healthcare, national security, and some hyper-local environmental issues. Mitrano also engaged in some one-on-one style conversations at the end of the event – discussing other local issues of importance.
